2. Quotations and Estimates
We provide cleaning quotations based on the information supplied by the customer and, when necessary, an on-site property assessment.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate information about the property, including its size, condition, cleaning requirements, and any special circumstances that may affect the service.
Quotations may consider:

If the actual property conditions differ significantly from the information initially provided, we will discuss any necessary changes with the customer before proceeding with additional work or charges.
No additional services or charges will be applied without the customer's authorization.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Cleaning appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Andina Group Services.
A booking is considered confirmed when the customer and our company have agreed on the service date, approximate arrival time, location, and scope of work.
We make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. However, arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, operational circumstances, or unexpected delays.
If a significant scheduling change is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Andina Group Services, we understand that plans and schedules may change.
Customers may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointments without cancellation penalties or cancellation fees.
We kindly ask customers to notify us as early as possible when cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.
Advance notice allows us to adjust staff schedules and accommodate other customers.
If a service has already begun before the cancellation request, payment may be required for work performed up to that point, as reasonably agreed with the customer.
For recurring commercial services, any specific scheduling or termination requirements established in a separate written service agreement will apply, subject to applicable law.

If an invoice remains unpaid, Andina Group Services may contact the customer to resolve the outstanding balance and may suspend future services where appropriate and legally permitted.

Specific cleaning product preferences.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate suitable requests, subject to product availability, effectiveness, and safety considerations.

9. Carpet Cleaning and Special Conditions
Carpet cleaning results depend on several factors, including carpet material, age, previous maintenance, staining, and overall condition.
Although we strive to achieve effective cleaning results, complete stain removal or restoration to an original condition cannot be guaranteed.
Some stains, discolouration, odours, wear patterns, or pre-existing damage may be permanent or may require specialized treatment.
Customers should disclose any known carpet damage, colour instability, previous cleaning problems, or special manufacturer care instructions before the service begins.
We will use reasonable care when evaluating and cleaning carpets and will discuss significant concerns when identified.

We will review the circumstances and work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the situation, this may involve clarification of the agreed scope, corrective cleaning, or another mutually agreed solution.

11. Property Damage and Incident Reporting
Our personnel are expected to exercise reasonable care when working within customer properties.
If accidental damage or an incident occurs during a cleaning service, we encourage prompt communication so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Customers should report suspected damage as soon as reasonably possible, including relevant photographs or supporting information when available.
Andina Group Services will evaluate reported incidents fairly, taking into consideration the circumstances, available evidence, and applicable legal obligations.
Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, and the particular characteristics of delicate materials may be relevant when assessing an incident.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts applicable consumer rights.
12. Health and Safety
The safety of our customers, employees, and service providers is a priority.
We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline a cleaning service when unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are identified.
Such conditions may include:
Exposure to hazardous chemicals or biological materials.
Unsafe electrical conditions.
Structural hazards.
Uncontrolled aggressive animals.
Conditions that create unreasonable risks of injury.
Tasks requiring specialized professional qualifications or equipment not available for the service.
When practical, we will discuss alternative arrangements with the customer.
Our personnel are expected to follow applicable workplace health and safety requirements.
13. Commercial Cleaning Agreements
Commercial cleaning services may be governed by separate written contracts that specify:
Cleaning schedules and service frequency.
Detailed scope of work.
Access and security procedures.
Pricing and invoicing arrangements.
Service standards and special requirements.
Contract duration, renewal, and termination provisions.
In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a separately executed commercial service agreement, the terms of that agreement will govern the relevant service relationship, subject to applicable law.
